  • It was the right decision to engage un[travel] in planning our first trip to Uttarakhand. They understood our needs and concerns and were easy to communicate with. The arrangements they made were all spot on, which made our exploration of the Kumaon region a truly memorable one. We look forward to discovering the less explored regions of India with un[travel] on our future trips.

  • It was a very good experience exploring Jibhi with un[travel]. The team is very supportive and takes care of everything from beginning to the end. The arrangements (including travel, accommodation and food) were very good. For any minor issues, we used to reach out to our trip coordinator and he used to resolve those issues immediately. We explored some new treks during the offsite - thanks to the experienced leaders. Keep up the good work guys!

  • Our office trip to Rishikesh was great. In the given time-frame we got everything that we needed, particularly, the tents were comfortable and took very good care of amenities. Scheduling was reasonably well, food was awesome, and we got everything we needed. Overall, a great experience, I am personally looking forward to more trips with un[travel].

  • Absolutely phenomenal service for anyone looking for an authentic, tasteful, curated and off-the-beaten path experience in India. untravel is the antidote to so many travel services that simply slap together a string of canned, mass-market, overpriced experiences. From our first inquiry, the untravel team listened to our intention for the trip and designed an experience that exceeded our original expectations while keeping costs low. During the actual trip, the team was on call and attentive to anything we needed and provided advice and suggestions to enhance the trip. As they expand to other areas, we look forward to more trips with them again.

  • It was one really exceptional experience we had. People like us, who have never gone on such trips before – and having heard so many things about the place and the challenges it has – we were thinking a little too much before it started. Much to our relief, we didn’t even have to think once during the trip– we had all the information timely about the various aspects. Didn’t have to take absolutely any effort to arrange anything, and trust me that makes a lot of difference on a vacation. In our hotel, and even in other places, people (some of whom had even come through agents) were coordinating and running around to make arrangements. We were just enjoying and enjoying. The trip exceeded our expectations in terms of food, travelling, stays, staff and everything else which was a definite value for money. We enjoyed each moment of that place and my family agrees with me. This was our first trip with you, and can’t thank your team enough. We would definitely go and explore some more interesting places organised by you. Last but not the least this trip was awesome flawlessly designed and organised by you. Thanks!

  • We had a 10 day vacation in Leh in July 2017. It was an absolutely amazing family time, including the three top most motarable passes in the world, river rafting, para gliding, zorbing, stay in tents, etc. un[travel] did an unbelievable job to make us enjoy. Thanks a lot!

  • Tailor made for travellers by travellers. Had an excellent experience exploring Kinnaur-Spiti in a wonderfully organised trip by untravel. Stayed at some of the best hotels in the best locations in the area. The pricing was also reasonable and was worth every dime spent. What's more is that you can even customise your tour and un[travel] will make it for you the way you want. I now have some marvellous memories, thanks to untravel. Keep it up!

  • The best part of the association with untravel was the customer service that they rendered right from the first communication we had. I really appreciate you patiently answering my endless queries regarding the trip. The local team's prompt response and help extended was very good. I could bank upon them whenever we got stuck. I really appreciate all the coordination bookings done from your end. The suggestions about change in few accommodations were good. Despite Leh being such a tough terrain I feel the coordination between you and your team was fantastic. Great work! Looking forward to more travel with untravel.

  • We had an amazing time in Spain and thanks to un[travel], we did not face any difficulties with our hotel bookings or other land arrangements. We visited Valencia, Barcelona, Madrid and made a day’s visit to Montserrat. The hop on tourist bus in each city ensured that we covered all attractions and explicitly explored whatever interested us. Our intra-city train transfers were well coordinated and we did not face any major challenges. Overall a memorable experience and we will not shy from recommending you to our family and friends.

  • Dear Team, this was a fabulous and adventurous trekking journey. I would like to thank you all from the core of my heart for suggesting me this trek. It was nature’s mercy that for three continuous days we didn't face rain at all as few places could have been slippery for amateurs like us. Also would like to thank you for giving us luxury support with regard to food / tea/ coffee, good condition tents with sufficient space in that.I can't thank you enough for the guides – who were great companions all the time. They treated us like family, making food, sometimes taking our bags, making way at the rivers and marching ahead to make sure that the way was perfectly fine. I must tell you that this I feel as if the amount we paid was very small compare to facilities you have provided. There were deserts after food and 6 people always ready for help - no 5 star or 7 star facility can beat this as they can't provide luxury or staff in the mountains. May god bless you all for what you're doing in the most reasonable prices. Honestly, one dinner in mega cities costs us more than maybe all our meals. Will always be thankful and pray that you people grow in all regards. May God bless you all!

  • I would like to thank you and your team for giving us a memorable vacation. We just did not visit Leh Ladakh, we lived there. Your team made our trip fun, comfortable and something worth sharing. Thanks to the owners of homestays and the helpful staff who made us feel like home at the stay. It was so homely that by the end of the trip we started calling it home. The coordinator in Leh was very helpful from the time we landed till the last day. He made sure we visited all the places and made sure we had a comfortable stay in Leh, Nubra and Pangong. Thanks to him for suggesting us to go river rafting. Had the time of our lives. And last but not the least Mr. Tashi who drove us all around. He was a gem of a person. He drove us safely all around through such difficult paths so smoothly and continuously but never complained. His patience, humbleness, kindness and honesty just made our trip more memorable. Mr. Tashi is very processional and punctual. Please do convey our regards to them. Over and above we’d like to thank your team. For being just a call away at any point of time. From the time we started planning till the end you'll have helped us a lot. Thank you once again. Three cheers for you'll and your team. Shall get in touch for future trips and shall also recommend you to others.

  • It is my pleasure to write a feedback for the amazing service provided by Untravel. I took a 4N 5D trip with my mom from Udaipur to Jaisalmer to Jodhpur from 19 to 23 July. I will detail on my experience in the following paragraphs. -- Web experience This is my first time using a package travel service, so I had my reservations when I started searching for one. As an avid traveller myself, I like to take time out and plan every detail of my trip diligently. However, this time I knew didn't have so much time. I only knew I wanted to go to Rajasthan. A simple google search lead me to untravel. Minutes after chatting with the correspondent (Salim), I had partly made my mind up for taking the trip with untravel! After that, starting from the next day, Ina Sharma assisted me with the itinerary. Having taken this trip herself, I found Ina very knowledgeable about the constraints and USPs of every place. She also knew best places to eat at every stop :) Once I finalized the itinerary with the customizations I needed, the payment part was carried out very smoothly. Although all my correspondence was via email (I prefer emails) I am sure these guys are very prompt even if one wants to communicate via phone calls. -- Driver Kuldeep Palak was our driver throughput the trip. He was right at the airport when we arrived and was always within our sight whenever we looked for him. He is a man with high emotional intelligence, a great listener and a cool-headed person. He also knew great dhabaas to eat at and stores to shop at. He made sure that we made it to our rooms/airport in time even after covering as much as we can on each day. Since my mom was a little scared of taking the safari alone (i.e. just with me), she asked Kuldeep to join us. He did so joyously and was calming my mom down after when it rained in the middle of the night while we were out in the open at the desert with our camels gone. -- Guides We had our first guide in Udaipur. Since roads in Udaipur are very hilly, he preferred driving around in a two-wheeler which my mom and I shared with him :P He took us to an awesome cultural show in Bagore ki Haveli where we experienced a wide variety of Rajasthani folk dances and a mind-blowing puppet show. If it were not him, we wouldn't have been able to see the night view of Lake Pichola from the ghat and get a beautiful Heena done on my hands very late at night. Thanks to him, we were assisted for the boat ride to Jag Mandir next day morning. He arranged water bottles and Udaipuri steamed pohe for us when we were leaving Udaipur for Jaisalmer. :) Our second set of guides were Devi and Swaroop for the desert safari. They work for Badal house. Devi and Swaroop are very cool kids and are very experienced with every skill it takes to survive in a bare barren desert. They cook great food with so few amenities (a chulha and almost no light after sunset). Since I had opted for a basic package in desert safari -- I wanted to experience the stark desert beauty, I was more than satisfied with the overall experience. Devi and Swaroop work for Badal Singh ji who himself is a very cool-tempered human being. He offered us heavenly porridge and tea after we returned from Safari in the morning, and had enough space (and an option) to sleep in his home if one is not comfortable with staying overnight in desert. -- Accommodation Untravel made sure we stayed at the best places and even upgraded some of our stays during the course of booking. Our first night was spent at lake-facing Jagat Niwas Palace in Udaipur, the city view from where is simply mind-blowing let alone the hotel's palace-like construction; the room was pretty well kept and the room service was noteworthy. My mom said she felt like she is in a foreign country since all our fellow stayers were from abroad :P My only suggestion for this property is to upgrade their breakfast menu from toast-jam to include more Indian/Rajasthani options. Our second night was spent at the amazing Fort Rajwada at Jaisalmer. I wouldn't even try describing the beauty of this place since my words would fail to do any justice to the godly creation it is (please google to see pictures ;)). Everything about this place was immaculate, including the breakfast menu. Thank you, Untravel! :) Our third night was spent out in the Thar desert as I described before. Our fourth night was spent in Hotel Fern at Jodhpur. The room and amenities are good, the breakfast menu very satisfying. My only disappointment with Fern is their terrible room service. They say they are getting something and nobody updates/shows up for hours. I would like to recommend Untravel to prefer other properties at Jodhpur than Fern. Overall, my travel experience with Untravel was superb and I would love to take more trips with them. If you are unsure whether to book with Untravel or not, look no further and just go for it. :)

  • Hi, I recently experienced Ladakh through [un]Travel, and I must say it was an amazing experience. Loved: The trip was thoroughly planned, the itinerary broad, the memories... well, they were made to last a lifetime. Each place we stayed was very comfortable, some would take a special mention, like the houseboat on Dal Lake, the homestay in Nubra (oh, the food and hospitality... am missing it as I type this) or the hotel in old Manali, thanks a lot. What surpassed being great: The local team in Ladakh, well they became friends, always looking out for us, constantly being in touch. Three cheers to them. Hats off to them for how they stayed awake through the night of the riots across Punjab and Haryana, and didn't close their eyes until we were safely on-board a cab to Dehradun. Also, I would like to mention about our drivers, each of them drove very safely across the roads and "off-roads", made us feel comfortable even when we were a bit wary. Ladakh was just a dream, un[travel] turned it into a well laid out plan. You have been instrumental in taking this through and managing the entire trip, the logistics and everything else. I wish there were words to express our gratitude towards you into turning "Experience Ladakh" into a reality. Thank you.

  • We had a great trip to Udaipur over the Republic Day extended weekend. Your recommended itinerary was a great mix of Udaipur and neighbouring areas to give us a flavour of the city in the time we had, keeping in mind our varied tastes. I must make a special mention about your regular coordination and follow up with us regarding how the trip is going and any dynamic additions modifications that we were doing to the planned schedule. Keep up the enthusiasm for your work -it shows! Very well coordinated and great service by your local travel partner. As before I personally loved the vehicle cleanliness and the driver's turnout.Excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner places by you. For me personally the guides at both Udaipur and Chittoragarh were like angels. Vikram, the guide at Udaipur arranged for me take an elevator not available for public use so that I could see a few spaces within the City Palace complex. He also took me around through another entrance with fewer steps and lesser gradient to gain entry to the Jagannath temple. The guide at Chittorgarh was a lady-a first for all of us! Parvati decided that the car would take us up to a highest point from where we could climb down the ramparts and so I could participate in the walk around. These make a lot of difference for people with limitations and I thank them again. Both your guides were also very well informed of the places and spoke fluent English and Hindi, much needed in a mixed language group like ours. The purpose of this trip for us was to meet up and hang out in a new place and have a relaxed break. So while we did the planned sightseeing we also did stuff at our own pace and style and your reps in Udaipur showed patience for that. All in all, a great experience with un[travel]. Looking forward to my next holiday with you guys.

  • Team un[travel] designed an absolutely unforgettable trip to Kenya for us newly weds. Each and every detail was considered when they made the schedule. Kenya was definitely an off beat destination. You guys managed it beautifully! Having seen Masai Mara on TV, we felt as if we were in one of Nat Geo’s videos! A special thanks to the team un[travel] and Douglas, who was our guide there, for all the support provided.
